You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

Always contact us by email before returning a product. Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.

Products can only be returned if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Customized products are not covered by the right of withdrawal, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

📩 Return Request (mandatory before sending the package)
Do you wish to return an item? First, send an email to info@puralza.com with the following information:
– Order number
– The product you wish to return
– Reason for return (optional)
– Any photos (in case of damage or defect)
Do not send the package until we have confirmed your return request by email.
📦 After Confirmation
Once you have received confirmation from us, you can return the item to the return address above.
Shipping costs for returns are generally covered by you, unless otherwise agreed.
💰 Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note: For credit card payments, the refund may not appear on your statement until the end of the month.
